Privacy Policy
Please review the terms of our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We collect information when you register for a workshop or master class, buy classes, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
You may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, birthdate and emergency contact information. If you register for a class or purchase a class card on behalf of your child, you will also need to provide your child’s name and age.
We use your submitted information for its intended purpose. For example, registering for a workshop will result in receiving enrolment details, our refund policy and a receipt by email. Purchasing a DDP program, workshop or intro offer will result in a booking confirmation by email. DDP students may receive one message before their first session; workshop students may receive a day-before and same-day reminder. We may also use your information to send periodic emails about current classes, cancellations or schedule changes at Delhi Dance Collective. You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or by emailing us with “unsubscribe” in the subject line at info@delhidancecollective.ca.
Privacy Policy for Minors
Delhi Dance Collective offers dance classes and workshops to adults and children aged 16 and up. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signature. We encourage all visitors under 18 to communicate with us through a parent or guardian.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We will only share your personal information with third parties for very limited purposes. We use other businesses to perform services such as processing credit card payments, marketing assistance, and data analysis. We provide personal information to these businesses only when necessary for them to complete a transaction or perform their duties. They are not permitted to use your information for any other purposes.
Security
Protecting your personal information is important to us. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, also known as SSL/TLS, to help protect information while it travels between your browser and DDC. Payments are completed on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Your full card number and card security code are sent directly to Stripe and are not received or stored by DDC. Stripe and other service providers may process and store information needed to provide their services under their own security and privacy practices. Access to DDC systems is limited to authorised people who need it. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
