Refund policy

Intro offers

• Use code INTRO10 when one person books two different eligible $25 workshops. The code gives a $10 discount, reducing the workshop subtotal from $50 to $40.
• Valid once per person and for one attendee only.
• Both workshops must be taught by instructors listed on the DDC Faculty page. The offer is not valid for guest teachers.
• Excludes the 3.5% service fee.
• Expires 3 months after purchase date.
• No refunds or transfers.

Workshops

– Refund Policy: If a student cannot attend before the workshop begins, DDC will either refund the amount minus a processing fee or transfer the full amount to the student’s account.

– After the First Class: Refunds are not available unless the student provides a doctor’s note for a medical reason. Any approved refund is subject to a processing fee and deductions for classes already attended. Fees cannot be prorated after the workshop has begun.

– Make-Up Class: In certain circumstances, one make-up class may be offered per workshop session. Students must write “make-up” when signing in to the drop-in class. Requests must be made within one week of the missed class. Email info@delhidancecollective.ca to request one.

– Workshop Drop-Ins: Students may drop in on the first day of a workshop or with the instructor’s permission. The cost is $1 more than a regular drop-in. This pricing helps maintain fairness for students who enrolled in advance.

DDP programs

– All Course Registrations Are Final: Registering is a commitment to the complete 10-class course. Once registration is completed, course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be prorated.

– Missed Classes: If you miss a class, no refund, credit or make-up session will be provided.

– Full-Course Commitment: Course dates are set in advance, and studio space and instructors are booked for the full program. This policy applies equally to all participants.

Cancellation Policy

– To give wait-listed students enough time to arrive at the studio, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class.

– Cancellations made after the 12-hour window may be subject to a processing fee.
